The study information, testing and materials contained throughout the Site, including but not limited to, text, graphics, design layout, images, logos, icons, software and links (collectively known as the "Materials"), are intended to teach debt management plan clients, employees and consumers of the general public the fundamental basics of money, debt and credit while increasing their financial awareness to help change financial behaviors for the better. Any person who uses or otherwise accesses the Site or the Materials, however, must accept the terms and conditions and must abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Terms and conditions may be changed by DAS at anytime without prior notice to you. It is your responsibility as a user of the Site and Materials to return periodically to this page to review the Site for any amendments. The amended terms will take effect automatically five (5) days after posting. Your continued use of the Site or Materials following any amendments will constitute agreement to such amendments. Information Gathered From You by DAS By using the Site, You may submit or DAS may gather certain limited information about You and Your usage of the Site. DAS collects two types of information: non-personally identifiable information and personally identifiable information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information DAS collects and aggregates information indicating, among other things, the DebtGuard Management System® Consumer Financial Literacy Program on Money, Debt & Credit study courses and testing in which visitors to the Site enroll, whether or not visitors to the Site complete the study courses and testing in which they enroll and the degree of successful completion of the study courses and testing. The non-personally identifiable information DAS collects helps DAS identify the most popular areas of the Site as well as determine the effectiveness of the DebtGuard Management System® Consumer Financial Literacy Program on Money, Debt & Credit. DAS uses this non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to perform statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of visitors to the Site. DAS may disclose some of this statistical information to agencies, banks and other financial organizations, to inform them of the number of people who have participated in the DebtGuard Management System® Consumer Financial Literacy Program on Money, Debt & Credit as well as statistical data on the success of the DebtGuard Management System® Consumer Financial Literacy Program on Money, Debt & Credit. Personally identifiable information In certain areas of the Site - for example, when registering to enroll in the study courses section - DAS requests that You provide them with personally identifiable information. Specifically, if You seek to obtain recognition for completing the DebtGuard Management System® Consumer Financial Literacy Program on Money, Debt & Credit. DAS will not provide this personally identifiable information to any third party. You're Submissions Other than the non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable information described above, any communication or material You send to the Site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to responses to study courses and testing and comments will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
